Specialized banknotes are banknotes that are not issued by the government, they were issued by private, local, state, and commercial banks which circulated under recognized regional governents and their banking institutions. Most of these notes had a limited circulation in their country of issue. This page was designed to help those that collect specialized currency an easy way to find the notes that we offer.
